Enoteca Maria, a Staten-Island based Italian restaurant dedicated to celebrating cultural diversity, offers cooking classes led by real Nonnas—grandmothers—of the World. The Egyptian grandmother that you will be cooking with will be making recipes passed down to her that she cooks at home for her family. This experience allows you to immerse yourself in Egyptian culture with a real Egyptian nonna! 

Enoteca Maria is open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, and the Nonna's of the World class is held from 11:30 to 2. This is an experience for one person.
